Event Flowers Perth — Weddings, Parties & Functions

There is no single price, because event flowers are quoted per event. The cost is driven by six things: how many arrangements, how large, which flowers and whether they're in season, delivery only or on-site styling, hired or bought vessels, and how much setup time your venue allows.

As early as you can — and earlier than you think for peak dates. Across the Perth market, full wedding and styled event florals are typically booked weeks to months ahead, while a handful of table arrangements can often be turned around in a much shorter window.

The dates that go first: November–December function weekends, peak school ball Saturdays, and the February–April wedding run. If your event falls in one of those, ring now — even just to check the date is open.

Both — you choose. Delivery only means we build everything at the Thornlie studio and drop it to your venue or home for you to place. Styling means our team installs on site and returns afterwards to pack down.

Delivery only is cheaper and suits centrepieces, bud vases, bouquets and buttonholes. Styling is what you need for arbours, backdrops, bar and stage florals, and anything built in position.

Either works, and it changes what you pay. Vessels can be hired from us and returned after the event — cheaper up front — or bought outright so they're yours to keep.

Supplying your own? Tell us the size and shape when you ring. A design built for a low compote won't sit properly in a tall cylinder, and it's far easier to design to your vessels than adjust on the day.

Yes — within what the season actually gives us. Bring photos, a swatch, a bridesmaid dress or a brand colour and we'll build to it.

Where we'll be straight with you is exact matches. Flowers are grown, not printed, and a specific shade may not exist in the market that week. We'll tell you before you book whether your colour is realistic for your date — rather than promising it and substituting quietly on the day.

Australian natives, orchids, roses, carnations, chrysanthemums and anthuriums hold up best. Banksia, kangaroo paw, Geraldton wax, leucadendron and gum foliage suit Perth especially — they come from a hot, dry climate and keep their shape out of water.

The riskier choices for a hot day are hydrangeas, poppies, sweet peas and fully open peonies. For an outdoor summer event we'll always steer you toward something structural.

Yes — wrist corsages, pin-on corsages and matching buttonholes. Perth's ball season concentrates into a small number of Saturdays in the second half of the year, and those dates fill quickly across every florist in the city.

We deliver event flowers right across the Perth metro — Mandurah to Joondalup. Swan Valley winery venues, the hills and the outer corridors are all part of our regular run, and delivery is quoted as part of your event estimate.

For anything further out, or an on-site install at distance, ring us with the venue and we'll tell you what's workable and what the travel adds. We'd rather say no to a job we can't do properly than take it and let you down.

We tell you before you book, not on the day. Availability moves week to week with the market and the weather, and some flowers simply aren't available in Perth at certain times of year at any sensible price.

When that happens we show you the closest seasonal equivalent and explain what changes about the look. Most people end up happier with a design built around what's genuinely good that week.

Small orders are welcome. A few arrangements for a dining table, or a single bouquet plus buttonholes, is a normal job — not an inconvenience.

On-site styling is different, because it involves staff and travel regardless of piece count, so there's a practical floor for that. Ring us and we'll be upfront about whether styling makes sense for your event or delivery-only is the better call.

If you've hired vessels or stands from us, yes — collection is arranged as part of the booking. We agree the pick-up window with you and your venue before the day, because most venues have a hard deadline for clearing the room.

If everything is bought rather than hired, there's nothing to collect — the flowers are yours to take home or give to guests.

Yes. We're at Shop 22, Thornlie Square Shopping Centre, 320 Spencer Road, Thornlie — beside the main entrance. Same centre as Coles, plenty of parking, walk-ins welcome.
